Issue with starting app in Titanium Studio

Hi, I've got a bit strange issue with Titanium. When I try to start the app on IOS Simulator it shows me alert with the following message:

An internal error occurred during: "Launching Titanium iOS Simulator - iOS Simulator - KitchenSink".
java.lang.NullPointerException

"iOS SDK is installed correctly!" as Ti says.
With ANDROID I've got such msg:

"items required:
An Android SDK is missing. Titanium requires Android platform 5.0"

I tried to setup all possible Android versions in Titanium and have the same message again.

If I run in terminal titanium -version command getting this error:

FATAL ERROR: Error: Unable to parse config file

My environment:
Titanium SDK - 3.2.0
Host OS - Mac OS 10.9.1
Titanium Studio - build: 3.2.0.201312191547
